Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS

Any products once received will not be eligible for returns/refunds, unless the product recived is a different product than what was ordered, or the product is broke, damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

*Note: There is No order Cancellation / Return / Refund of any customized products.(For Ex: Custom strung Racket).

*Important Information: To protect us from fake claims by our buyers, we would require complete unboxing video of the product in case of dispute.

REFUNDS

No product is eligible for any kind of refund. You may exchange or return the product if it fulfills the above mentioned conditions

EXCHANGE

Product with size (Ex. Clothing & Shoes) attributes are available for exchange incase of size issues. However, due to the current covid-19 pandemic situation, exchanges will not be allowed due to chances of spread of germs/viruses.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs. 2000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
