Goods once sold can only be returned for store credit if they meet our terms and
conditions. We do not provide a refund on any goods sold. If you wish to exchange your
item for an alternative product, we suggest you return it for a store credit and purchase
the new item separately. The store credit will exclude the shipping charges borne by us
for delivery of the item/s to you. Please refer to the detailed Return Policy.
If your refund is approved as per the Refund Policy, we usually initiate eligible refunds
within 5 working days from receipt of products at our warehouse.
